What do I love about Janubia's music?
Janubia is creativity with a capital "C". It's like she's channeling in pure energy. Language can sometimes separate us from the overall vibe of the song. Janubia's language is a universal spirit language. You've gotta check her out!

What do I love about Dapo's music?
Dapo's producing style is so versatile and musically, he extremely gifted. He can play any instrument he picks up - and I'm not joking! If you know Dapo then you know I am not exaggerating! This guy is amazing! I originally met Dapo when I worked at the record label, DKG Music. At that time he was signed to the label with his music group, Kush. His solo album is what I am waiting for... but for now, I'll have to settle for the songs he produces for the hottest artists in R&B/Pop & Hip-Hop.

What do I love about Rhian's music?
I love Rhian's soul and how it comes through in her lyrics and vocals. I remember when I first heard her song "Spirit" I had goosebumps. (And it still gives me goosebumps to this day!) I was fortunate enough to join Rhian on her first tour and it was an amazing experience! If you haven't checked out Rhian Benson, you don't know what you're missing! She's now back in London working on her next album!

What do I love about Sheila Nicholls?
It's so crazy... her lyrics are so clever and....grounded. I can't explain it but I just totally relate to the stuff she sings about. I love her voice and her whole vibe. I got one of her sampler cds in a goodie bag while I was working at the record label... I became hooked! I drove to Santa Barbara one night after work to see her live and there was an accident on the freeway so I was really late. When I got there, she had JUST finished. I didn't see her but thank god for the internet because I can stay connected to her music here! Check her out!

There once was a little boy who had a bad temper. His Father gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper, he must hammer a nail into the back of the fence. The first day the boy had driven 37 nails Into the fence. Over the next few weeks, as he learned to control his anger, the number of nails hammered daily gradually dwindled down. He discovered it was easier to hold his temper than to drive those nails into the fence.
Finally the day came when the boy didn't lose his temper at all. He told his father about it and the father suggested that the boy now pull out one nail for each day that he was able to hold his temper. The days passed and the young boy was finally able to tell his father that all The nails were gone.
The father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence. He said, "You have done well, my son, but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same. When you say things in anger, they leave a scar just like this one. You can put a knife in a man and draw it out. But It won't matter how many times you say I'm sorry, the wound will still be there. A verbal wound is as bad as a physical one.
Remember that friends are very rare jewels! They make you smile and encourage you to succeed. They lend an ear, they share words of praise and they always want to open their hearts to us.
