AS MOST OF YOU KNOW THIS ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AND MYSPACE TOOK THEIR TIME GIVING ME ACCESS BACK TO IT. DURING THAT TIME PERIOD I CREATED A BACKUP ACCOUNT AND HAD ABOUT 3,000 FRIENDS. LONG STORY SHORT, FOR SOME REASON, MYSPACE JUST DELETED MY BACKUP ACCOUNT TODAY AND I LOST ALL OF THOSE FRIENDS. A Little Bit About Me
I am a 24 year old personal trainer and fitness model { www.lisapelster.com} who is VERY new to this site. I am currently receiving tons of email and having a really hard time keeping up with all the questions and compliments as most days (Monday - Friday) find me at the gym anywhere from 5:00 am until 8:00 pm (training clients and trying to find time to workout). On the weekends (when most people are relaxing) I am usually flying to different photo shoots and creating the pictures that you see on this page, various websites, and magazines.
So, while your emails are much appreciated and always pleasant to read it would be great if you would just leave a comment (and rest assured I will read it) unless your email is of specific nature that is not already addressed elsewhere on this page. Please do not be offended if you write me an email and you do not get a response. Often I exceed my daily email limit and cannot email any additional responses.

One of the most common emails I am receiving is people wanting personal training advice and asking how I keep myself in such great shape. While I would love to give everyone personal training advice their just isn't enough hours in the day so please don't email me asking for tips and pointers. My workouts....where to start... I train very aggressively (usually 2 hours a day between my cardio and lifting) and maintain a very strict diet as I am driven to be the very best I can be and see just how far I can take my modeling career. I find my motivation in knowing that no-one else wants it more then me, that no one else is willing to sacrifice what I'm willing to sacrifice to achieve the ultimate satisfaction of achieving my goals.
