The Nominations are OPEN anyone can vote for any one they want! Then after Dec 31st the top 5 bands voted for each catagory are then NOMINATED and a new REVOTE happpens from the 1st of January until the 20th The awards show counsil then adds up all the votes and the winner is decided from there... I know it is confusing but no one has technically been chosen yet for any catagories... that is why we need everyone to vote...
