Already an accomplished singer and actress, Lisa has recently added voice-over artist to her impressive resume. Lisa has been featured on dozens of radio ads, and can be heard throughout the Hudson Valley on 100.7 WHUD and 104.7 K104.
Musically, Lisa echoes the brilliance and charm of tried and true Jazz Standards, but her songs are original and fresh. She is a soulful, versatile vocalist who connects with her music deeply. Her moving, earthy sound opens the hearts of all who hear her. Her wonderfully dynamic stage presence and gifted singing have been acclaimed internationally, exciting audiences on both sides of the Atlantic.
Some of the prestigious venues where Lisa has performed are Avery Fisher Hall, Town Hall, B.B King's, The Soul Café, Le Bar Bat, and Don’t Tell Mama in New York, live on the BBC Radio in Great Britain, and at The Plush Room and ACT in San Francisco. She was nominated for a Shelly Award for Best Actress in a musical for her portrayal of Lizzie in “Baby.” Her first recording is a CD of jazz standards, entitled “Speakeasy.” At present she is co-writing and recording jazz music.
