Lisa Scherma is a singer, songwriter, musician, from Staten Island, New York, who is about to hit the music scene in a big way.
Although her eclectic style has been compared to the likes of Melissa Etheridge, Bonnie Raitt, and Trisha Yearwood, her original compositions are fresh and unique. Lisas material, combined with crowd pleasing covers and sizzling hot performances have been turning on audiences in the New York area while building a diverse and loyal following.
A true mixture of blues, rock, folk, jazz, and country, Lisa can captivate and sooth an audience while knocking their socks off at the same time.

Basically, I've been a singer/songwriter practically my entire life.
I started playing guitar when I was seven years old and I believe I was about 10 when I wrote my first song. I love singing, I love writing and I love playing. So, whenever I get the opportunity to do so, I'm happy. There's nothing like having listeners come up to me and express their appreciation for my music...especially when its my songs they are appreciating.
