About me:

Listen Up! is a blogsite started in May 2008 but stopped after 5 months due to workload in school.. Now, while searching for a job and a new education path, I decided to continue updates on this gig blog..

Lots of links to be added, lots of new shows..
Im hoping to come up with 'artist of the month' which includes interviews...

There's just soo many bands/artists links to Myspace, Facebook Pages...
In the blogsite, the links on the right were those that Ive gathered from last year..
You guys can email me of bands that I have left out so that I can add them in..
You can also tell me which ones are no longer playing in the scene..
ANY genre is welcomed!

Last year, I have to pain-stakingly go through each Myspace/facebook links plus soft.com.sg and lioncity DIY to get news for upcoming gigs...
Wait, Im still gonna have to do that.. Haha..
But I'll be very very very thankful if any of you just randomly email me of upcoming shows/gigs to spare me some time for catnaps..

All the local bands out there no matter if you just started out or you have been doing this for years..

I need serious Local Supporters.. SINGAPORE needs serious Local Supporters.. Dont just support your friend's band, support the rest.. Dont just come for a band's slot, stay for the whole gig.. AND BUY THEIR ALBUMS..

Gig Organisers! Great source of info for upcoming gigs!.. I think Ive subscribed to most of your mailing lists.. =D
