ProOt Records presents :<br /><br />:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::<br />New Adventures and Remixes of VERNON LENOIR [PRT007]<br />:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::<br /><br />After 2 years of silence, Vernon LeNoir returns with a new album. Inspired by intense meditation in the Prometheus monastery in the caucasian mountains, a pilgrimage along the paths of St. George and a shaman ritual in Siberia he returns with the concept of faith : defined in syncopatic chants, transcribed to western notation and substituted by fragments of popular music.<br />Because in early Coptic churches each breath represents an adventure of the soul - here come the "New Adventures Of Vernon LeNoir".<br /><br />But there is more : alongside LeNoir's new album, there is an extra EP with remixes by artists he adores and worships every second and who, with their music, bring joy into our lives just like Prometheus brought fire to man.<br />These Artists are : Ergo Phizmiz - Okapi - Tep - End. - Satanicpornocultshop - Thiaz Itch<br /><br />:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::<br /><br />FREE DOWNLOAD on Proot records : http://prootrecords.free.fr/index.php?post/PRT007<br />______________________________________________________<br />available under Creative Commons Licence (BY;NC;ND) for FREE !<br />http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/fr/<br /><br />

Just stopping on by to let you know that (a) you're a maniac and (b) much to my delight I came across your stuff on iTunes (not sure how long it has been up but I gather it was sometime before I first saw it. Anyhow, the fact that it is allows me to download Are You Sitting Comfortably in its entirety which I just did. And cauliflower's your uncle.

Greetings from San Francisco and I hope life is treating you astoundingly well.

Fit like? Farsadoos?

Nice to see you, to see you nice. Sorry for the soggy chippage :@( They are in print twice as being the best in N Yorks so you can imagine my disappointment! When the revolution is eventually launched, can we add spud farmers to the list of people to be first against the wall?

It was suggested after you left that perhaps I should start paying family and friends to visit daily since when they do, we always get slammed. Today was no exception...the best Thursday for about six weeks! Yay you!

Och nay 'ken? Aye!

Nov 24 2007 5:45 AM

Hello sound artists, I'd like to ask you if you'd be up for CiTR 101.9 Vancouver radio's 24 Hours of Radio art on January 17th! in 1963 French Fluxus artist Robert Fillio suggested that 1,000,000 years ago, there was no art. But one day, on the 17th of January to be precise, Art was born. According to Filliou, it happened when someone dropped a dry sponge into a bucket of water.
Please consider adding to our 24 hours with what you do so well. I would love it. And let others know about it too if you can.
Hope to hear from you soon!
Thanks!
