Regrets, none of us can't say we haven't lived without regrets, because
we all have.  It's how we learn, accept and acknowledge the regret that
matters.  Saying you are sorry and forgiving the cause and effect of
the regret is what will move you on, holding on to the regrets and its
cause and effect will keep you captive and captivating: defeat,
loneliness, sadness, fear, hurt, depression and much, much more.
Release it and you open yourself up to a whole world of possibilities;
love, hope, strength, friendship, relationship, self-empowerment,
improvement, success, dreams, visions, healing, prosperity, happiness
and much, much, much more.  Learn to forgive yourself and others.
Regret is a heavy load to carry and it so heavy that is slows you down
and holds you back.  Dump your load and release the regret, by
FORGIVING.  You know you're "Waiting to Exhale" AGAPE

Someone
told me that, Tomorrow isn't promised to us and I simply responded, " I
know that when Tomorrow comes it will be more Blessed than Today. I
know that with Tomorrow HOPE is coming my way. I know that Tomorrow is
promised to me, because Tomorrow was Today, and Today will be Yesterday, TOMORROW!" I live by FAITH not by sight. AGAPE

I found out 2 days ago that my brother was diagnosed with terminal
cancer, although it's upsetting, I'm okay. My sisters are a mess, they
can't stop crying. I'm okay with that too, crying releases pressure.
It's good to cry every now and then. But, I told my sisters to break
from crying and to pray. Prayer is a powerful healer and outlet. I
talked to my brother and advised him not to be down.
That he has
CANCER, but cancer doesn't have him, and as long as he is alive there
is always Hope. Just stay in Faith. I also made sure he was right with
God. I advised him not to become mentally sick because depression and
stress will kill you way faster then cancer. I told him to stay
positive, because the body is designed to heal itself, and if we are
positive and don't get stressed or depressed over the disease or our
circumstances we free the body to do the work it was designed to do,
and we aid in our healing. There are so many disease out there today
that are terminal, incurable, threatening, and crippling, but when one
hardship happens, something greater and even better usually follows,
but the grief, sorrow, and depression of one loss sometimes consume our
recieving the greatness to come, and we miss it.  Whether my brother
makes it through this or not. I believe he is healed because sometimes
healing comes even in death and I was blessed to be his sister and even
more blessed to know he is at peace. I'm not giving up, just looking
up. Whatever happens, I know that it was God's plan. And, either is a
MIRICLE, because he will be totally Healed or he will be totally
Healed. I'm hoping that anyone dealing with any of these diseases
understand what I am saying and that it will help you or a loved one,
because it is not Cancer that is the enemy, it is how we deal with it,
that is the enemy.  The" FEAR FACTOR, is beatable.  " Our brain
,the mind and central transmitter can protect, defeat, assist, and
with-stand anything.  We have the POWER! AG

Someone once told me that they were lonely, eventhough they were
surround by people they loved and loved them.  Being lonely isn't being
alone.  It's not being able to be alone with yourself.  Know one can
take away loneliness, they can suppress it, become a temporary void,
but they can't get rid of it completely.  Only the lonely can do that
for themselves.  I can go anywhere and be in any place and I am never
lonely.   Because as long as I have me, I am never alone.  I love me,
who I am and what I have become and becoming.  I am happy!  I believe
that people need to learn how to love themselves, to spend time with
themselves and to become happy with themselves.  People pleasing and
keeping up with the Jones can get you in trouble and in debt. Keep up
with you. Please you. Learn to do little things that are pleasurable to
you, that lift and feed your spirit.  Learn yourself and how incredible
you are and how blessed you are to have you.  What would you do,
without you? Think about it.  Then, take yourself to dinner, draw a
romantic bath and have an extraordinary time entertaining you.  You are
the perfect date, so date yourself. Then,  when you do date someone
else it will be mind blowing, because you will have had a lot of
practice enjoying an evening,  because you already have done it many
times with the most important person of all yourself.  Use yourself,
learn yourself, know yourself, love yourself. You deserve it!
HAPPINESS!

“ISLAND BEAUTY is the best piece Marlene have ever written. She have really matured as a writer. There is great suspense and conflict. Marlene shows life and how it really is, even when we think we have good friendships, life can throw us a curve ball. I really enjoyed reading her story it was great, the tone was good and it was exciting. Keep up the good work!”

Sage Churchill has always had the best of everything, a loving father that gave her everything her heart desired and good friends to kick it with, which always made life more exciting. She thought her life was perfect, until the day her father makes a deathbed confession that shatters her world as she knows it.
When Sage finds out that her mother, whom she was led to believe died, may be alive and living in Jamaica, her world is turned upside down. She is faced with the toughest decision of her life. Does she search for a woman she’s never known or does she ignore her longing for a mother’s love?
Sage, Nicky, Tish, and Lace have been friends since pre-school. But their relationship suffers when they bring the drama to Sage’s doorstep. Her girl, Nicky, has gotten herself involved in the drug game and has Sage’s name all caught up in the mix, bringing the authorities to her door. Tish, has a mystery lover and when that person’s identity is revealed, it may tear the girls’ thirteen year friendship apart and possible cause one of them to lose their life.
Will Sage find her mother and live happily ever after? Will she survive the drama?

IT TAKES TIME

by: Trevor Claiborn

The best things in life don’t come fast or free,

But sometimes my impatience makes me cheat.

Though I know I’m wrong, trying to rush things along,

I get mad when outcomes are incomplete.

The purpose I serve is much more than my own,

And Nature’s clock ticks much slower than mine.

I can gripe and pout or just wait the thing out,

For the Most High works on It’s own time.

I can have love, prosperity, and peace

And all the things that make it joyful to live.

Sometimes money can’t pay for those treasures—

Only my patience and my willingness to give.

We are all farmers of the crops of our destiny,

Semi-conscious of the psychological seeds we sow.

So to yield the best return, we must learn

To give things time and let them grow.

Hello my new friend
As the Spinners sung,
"WHENEVER YOU CALL ME,
WHENEVER YOU NEED ME
I'LL BE AROUND”

DEEP... my heart and soul is endless,
My time is only for those who take me as I am
You can have me
But if you break me
I have already forgiving you
As God would have me to do
So come to me
Love me
Try to understand me
If you can't
Don't fear me
Just take more time
To know me
My friend

A passage from my best selling romantic erotic novel, come take a ride in BRUSH STROKES @ Amazon.com
“A man may admire what a woman does for a living; he may admire her education and social circle. He may be enamored with her physical beauty, but he only truly falls in love, with the softest and warmest part of her, her soul.”

Under the piano stool a pair of tan high-heel slippers, one was standing up and one lying on its side. In my mind’s eye I could still see her feet in them. I could see her sitting there warming her skin by the fire, and seeing all that put me in an oasis daydream.

THE HOPE OF TOMMORROW
BY: TREVOR CLAIBORN

I can’t take back what I’ve done in the past
Nor can I retaliate on all that’s been done to me,
At best I can learn from experiences I’ve had
Shake the chains of regret and be free,

The future has its own set of tests and trials
So why dwell upon yesterdays woes,
My road only changes if I’m willing to change it
The door of opportunity is never closed.

I must free up my psychological arms
To make space for better things to come
I should dispose of the junk from the past
And seek the source where all natural treasures come from.

We are the wardens of the prison in our minds
Condemned by guilt, regret and sorrow,
But I stay at peace, when I learn to release-
Yesterday, and appreciate the hope of tomorrow!

"PERFECTLY FLAWED"

BY TREVOR CLAIBORN

I'D LIKE TO SEE MYSELF AS RIGHTEOUS

YET MY THOUGHTS ARE ANYTHING BUT PURE,

AND THOUGH I PROFESS FAITH IN WHAT I BELIEVE

I FIND MYSELF LESS AND LESS SURE.

I'D LIKE TO SAY THAT I HAVE ALL OF THE ANSWERS

AND I SEE EVERYTHING SO CLEAR,

THE MORE I FEEL LIKE I'VE FIGURED IT ALL OUT

SEEMS LIKE MORE QUESTIONS APPEAR.

I WANT TO BELIEVE I'M A DECENT MAN

AND IN MY HEART I TRULLY DO CARE,

BUT TREE'S ARE NOT ONLY KNOWN FOR THIER BARK ALONE

THEY'RE KNOWN FOR THE FRUIT THAT THEY BEAR.

BENEATH MY SKIN, DEEP DOWN WITHIN'

I KNOW THERE'S SOME GOOD THO BE FOUND,

AND THOUGH I'M IMPERFECT, I'M PERFECTLY FLAWED

AS ARE ALL LIVING THINGS THAT ARE AROUND!!!
