It was a pleasure meeting you guys, and listening to you play was even more of a pleasure. If you ever want to play up in Baltimore, let us know. We'd love to have you!
Yes, I'm down. I'll definitely be there. Whenever you guys have a slot to fit me in, I'll be good with that (perhaps a bit later, maybe 8 or 9ish?). :)
well... i haven't heard back from brad or whatever...but i'ma come check y'all out anyways. If i get a chance to play good...if not, oh well...still a pleasure to see ya play.
Alright alright, I'll be patient. By the way, I wanted to know if you'd like to come to my graduation party this weekend - it's on Mother's Day, and it's all the way in Richmond, plus I know we're not that close so it's kinda random (run-on sentence!) but I wanted to invite you anyway, just in case. It'd be lovely to see you! If you're at all intrested, I'll send you the facebook invite. Just let me know!
Oh, and we've had a couple of wine and literature parties recently, and Caitlin and I were just discussing how yours were the best, and we loved you for starting those. That is all.
Yo! Sweet show last night. Yes, we should definitely work on getting some more shows together. Let me know about AaronStock when it comes around, that sounds like it would be an awesome show and I would love to come and play. As far as road trips go, Eric and I are going back to WoodyFest this summer, you're more than welcome to come and join the awesome 2 week road trip through the south up to Oklahoma.
I guess you could get there anytime before 10pm and that would be cool. Maybe somewhere around 9pm or so would be perfect cause then we could go over the song once before playing it.
Here's some info on the show:
SAW Young Artists Showcase Friday January 16, 2009 7 - 11:30 pm COFFiHOUSE 8433 Lee Hwy Merrifield, VA 22031 www. coffihouse. com
The show on the 16th is a showcase, so there'll be 9 performers doing 30 minute slots. My slot is 10pm and I'll be doing about 4 songs. We could do the "I Am Not Yours and You Are Not Mine" song together that we were working on a few months ago if you'd be down for that.
Yo Jesse. Any day. Just let me know when and I should more than likely be able to come and play.
Also, I've got two gigs coming up that could use some cello if you'd be up for either of them. I've got one on Jan. 16th in Merrifield (about 5 miles from you) and one on the 17th in Fredericksburg.
Hey, we met and talked at the Velvet Lounge a few weeks ago. I hope that decopage (sp?) box is going well, because I still want it, if it is indeed for sale. Drop me a line. I really like the new songs.
heyas M and J! thanks so much for a great show last night and bringing in all these great people! cello and nylon guitar strings are such a great combo. remember to check out Jorane. she's awesome. if you ever need a little percussion and some heavy guitar riffs let me know. maybe for a recording session. i think some of your songs do have that epic dimension, it could interesting with richer instrumentation. cheers! -Bruce
