This mainstream pop rock nu-metal band composed of young, 20-something musicians from the south was formed by Cage in July 2000 as a 4 piece band which did Pearl Jam and Silverchair covers and old school inspired originals.
Playing Experience/ Notable Appearances:
Aug. 2000. Front-act for Cebu’s StageCrew who played for San Miguel Beer Inc. Dumaguete during Silliman University’s Founders Day celebrations.
Nov. 2000. Front-act for Cebu’s Johnny and the Walkers who played for SMB during Dumaguete’s fiesta celebrations.
Jan. 2001. Won third place during Silliman Univ.’s “Livewire” open band competition besting 32 other bands.
Mar. 2001. Played for the Municipality of Bindoy and SMB.
Aug. 2001. Front-act for Brownman Revival who played for SMB Dumaguete during Silliman Univ. Centennial Celebration w/c was the biggest event in the history of the province of Negros Oriental where luminaries from all over the globe who were Silliman Alumni flew in to take part in the grand festivities.
Nov. 2001. Played for SMB during Dumaguete’s fiesta celebrations.
Nov. 2002. Played for SMB during Dumaguete’s fiesta celebrations.
Aug. 2003. Played in Silliman Univ. Founders Day Celebrations in an event sponsored by the Silliman University Student Government in Cooperation w/ the Office of the National Youth Commission, Malacanang.
Nov. 2003. Played for SMB during Dumaguete’s fiesta celebrations.
Jan. 2004. Played in Cebu’s Sinulog celebrations for SMB alongside Manila’s boyband, Jeremiah and Cebu’s Shiela and the Insects.
Mar. 2004. Front-act for Manila’s Parokya ni Edgar in an SMB sponsored event.
May. 2004. Played for SMB during Dumaguete’s Santa Cruzan festivities.
Oct. 2004. Played for the City of Bayawan in an SMB sponsored event.
2005. The band took a year long hiatus.
Oct. 2006. Played for SMB Manila during the Octoberfest festivities.
Feb. 2007. Played at Freedom Bar.
Nov. 2007. Played at Freedom Bar for the second time.
June. 2008. Front-acted for Freestyle at Bagaberde Roxas.
July. 2008. Played at Mayrics.
Oct. 2008. Played at 19EAST.
Jan. 2009. Front-acted for Parokya ni Edgar at FEU.
Lithium AmeDi has played in different bars and clubs, school events, town fiestas, out of town sorties (since Aug. 2000) for events sponsored by SMB and other notable institutions and organizations.
We are proud to announce one of the biggest underground hip-hop and electronica events in Berlin this year: Project: Mooncircle meets Equinox Records. The evening will start quite early in the evening at 8 PM and will feature live shows by the legendary Scienz Of Life from N.Y.C. as well as The Q4 from Belgium, 2econd Class Citizen & Obba Supa from London, and DJ Scientist & Playpad Circus from Berlin.
