The Little Chapel Studio is an intimate, 'vibey' recording space ideally suited for singer/songwriter work, while also serving well for overdubs, mixing, editing, voice-overs and pre/post-production. Amenities include a 32-track mixing board, Pro-Tools, a bevy of esoteric outboard gear (including real spring reverbs), cool microphones and several instruments (electric and acoustic guitars, amplifiers, Hammond organ, Fender Rhodes electric piano, percussion, virtual instruments, etc). The 'space/building' offers discrete electrical wiring (with an isolated ground), extensive sound treatment, a good sized 'iso' room and a cozy little deck for bar-b-que and smoke breaks. Originally, the Chapel was constructed as a home studio for personal use... but as a producer and engineer, I (Scott McChane) am using the Chapel more and more at clients request.
80% of the work done here is in conjunction with a larger, world-class, well equipped studio where I also engineer... called the Hangar. For more information about this world famous studio, click here.
