Putting to the sword that which drips tears on the cheeks of the voiceless. Watching, from a distance, a vast column of smoke rise up from ruined monuments to arrogance and horror. I have a decided lack of interest in subjects with less than a 10,000 year history of scholarship and discussion. I enjoy wild things, places, words, and philosophies.

Willem, I am SO down. Tell me when and where and I'm there! (Do you have/want my number?)
Also- I'm performing at the IFCC this Sunday, it should be a fun show if you're interested in seeing some talented people - it would be great to see you!
WILLEM! This is me reconnecting: I just got back from South America with new circus skills and language abilities. Another change: I'm now eating meat. I'm not sure quite how that happened, but in keeping with my [previously-vegetarian inspiring] ethics, I now have to learn how to kill animals....and turn them in to food. Do you have any desire to teach a fledgling meat-eater the tricks of the trade? (or at least a little bit of verbal support?)
And also, theatre? animal movement? (is Shift still going?)
don't humph, willem, they're every first thursday-so you'll still have one more chance to see me perform in a dirty cabaret before I leave again. And by the way, how are you? Wanna make some site-specific, myth-inspired theatre or something?
bio-regional-chinese-wha?? YES!! I'd love to work with you this summer! I think we have a lot of common/complimenting interests/skills. A possible challenge: I'm leaving for Chile in August and will have to work my butt off to make some of that money-stuff. We'll make it happen.
Oh, and if you want to ride up to Tacoma for the show (or whatever other reason) know that I can offer you a warm place to sleep! (But I suppose maybe you of all people wouldn't need four walls and a roof).
No, not really. I drop by every once in a while for a performance (or a grandma), but I'm still set-up in Tacoma. HOWEVER in a couple of weeks, I will have one full week to spend, lazily and wonderfully, in the beautiful City of Roses -- I'd love to see you! Is SHIFT still going strong? Maybe I'll stop by- do a little drumming, do a little dancing. I keep thinking about your site-specific cultural community performance idea you were tossing around last summer. Are you still thinking about it (Come summer, I'm still interested)
Thanks! We missed you the other night. Had a blast anyway though. And by the way, when I look at your pic, it makes me want feel wrath so I think you should remove it from my sight. : )
I like your current photo- it kind of reminds me of my childhood. We used to get bored and apply my mom's blue mud mask and then ooh and aah as it dried. Yeah, that's what you do when you're homeschooled in corbett.
