Influences
Kelly - Though I don't have anyone specific that I "worship", I am in fact a product of the 80's new wave and electro movements. My favorite artists range from New Order to Bauhaus, Kate Bush to Nick Cave, throw in some Billie Holiday and old school Madonna. The Cure, Peter Murphy, Violent Femmes. I grew up on a steady stream of Classical music, Jazz classics and 70's Hippy rock and New Wave. I'm not sure how this musical Gumbo established vocal influence and form, but I'm sure if you listen closely you'll hear it.
Charles - Kate Bush (since his early childhood), Peter Murphy (ditto), NIN, Tool, Marcy Playground...the list really goes on and on and on. He started a career in classical piano at age 4, taught by the top professors at the UofM. He's got classical strengths and new electro insights.

Kate Bush...Tori Amos.. I honestly heard someone mention "Madonna, in her good years" (?) We don't really sound like anyone to be honest. You'll just have to click the player, have a listen and then tell me what you hear.
Back in Early October of 2000 as the seasons began to change, the leaves began to fall and the sky began to brew into a misty blanket of winter, I found myself at the intersection of "life is over" and "whole new path". It was at this time that I had the honor of serendipitously running in to Charles. He needed a vocalist. I needed artistic fulfillment. Over coffee, conversation and collaberation Little Tin Box was formed.
Unfortunately, after a raw deal or two and new musical prospects, the members of Little Tin Box ended the project and walked away. The decision was months in the making and very difficult to make. However, after 7 years of work it was time to move on.
Though the band is no longer active, this site is still maintained by frontwoman, Kelly. You can visit the new project @: AURASCAPE

i have a new sharing with you , i just now released my new music named "the distance" , i roughly composed it about 3-4 years ago , then modified several times , this is first time to perform in public , for me , this is a challenge of dream , i sincerely invite you to listen , maybe you can give me some opinions , i hope my dream in music will not be your nightmare :)
