Live&Love Music is a new events project with a focus on showcasing some of the best emerging and established artists throughout the UK and Europe. Our shows are currently being held in Brighton and London.
Since launching in February 2008, some of our gigs have been attended by various people within the media, music and events industries, such as Virgin Records, Sony BMG, Kiss Radio, The Daily Mail, The Argus, Reading Evening Post, Absolute Magazine, Wave Magazine, HotMilk Films and several producers, radio presenters, record companies and promoters.
We simply only choose the very best of artists to be involved in our shows, making our nights THE place to find the music scene's future stars!
Back in Feb 2010!
28/10/2009: What a way to end the year! 28th October was by far our busiest show to date - we enjoyed performances at The Coalition from Rubylux, Koala Friday, Ruse, Reo Rae, and Canada's Carmen and Camille - our first international band we've booked. We were also joined by various management companies, labels, James from Two Spot Gobi, and Flood Productions who filmed the event for us! Back in 2010!
26/09/2009: Another great gig at The Coalition on Brighton's seafront which saw performances from Thank You Anyway, Jay & The Boys, Mila Falls and Caitlin Stubbs. We were joined by Dubit Insider, several photographers, local band CloudAnts, and various producers and promoters.
29/08/2009: Our last summer show was at The Coalition on Saturday 29th August with performances from Will and The People, Echo State, The Lanes and April Amos. We were joined by various photographers, a Sony BMG talent scount, and members of Brighton bands Koala Friday and Century Spring.

If you would like to perform at one of our shows, drop us a message with a little bit about you/your band and why you'd like to be involved. We welcome most musical genres, apart from heavy metal, screamo/gothic, rappers (unless soulful), and classical. We only want HIGH QUALITY musicians who are serious about their music and want to promote themselves in order to progress within the industry.
However, on occasions, we will be searching for talent ourselves, and if we like what we hear, we will therefore ask you if you would like to perform at one of our gigs. The one thing we do ask is that we require you to help us promote the night as much as possible.
Our main aim is to spread the word about you as much as possible, not just at the gig, but via MySpace, Facebook, other online sites, flyers, word of mouth and to anyone within the industry. If you've been chosen to perform at one of our events then we believe in you and your music and want to help make you as successful as you can be. We will also do our very best to provide you with promotional material such as photos and video footage to help showcase your talent long after the event has taken place.
So whether you're just starting out, unsigned, have a manager, seeking to be signed, already signed or even famous, we'd love to hear from you if you're interested in promoting your music that extra step further with a fun and relaxed music event designed exclusively to showcase the up and coming artists of today.
If you would like to perform at one of our events, please contact event organiser Danielle via myspace or email
contact(at)liveandlovemusic.com
and we will be choosing a suitable selection of performers for each upcoming event.
We'd also be interested in hearing from photographers, magazines, A&Rs, management companies, radio stations etc to get involved! Please get in touch - would love to hear from you!
Thanks to David Brant (Vybrant Music) for compiling the audio showreels and James Barton for voiceovers.
