The need to entertain the cities ever growing demand for expressing talent is high, therefore the time and right event has come to capacitate the quality of entertainers that not long at home in Germany but who reside over seas. liveDEMO CONCEPT A New Live Entertainment Era in Berlin Berlin as a pulsating metropolis offers a dazzling variety of the most diverse cultural events. To meet the increasing demand the time has come to establish a whole series of events (brand) which can be characterized by the factors elaborate concept, continuity and, above all, quality. This concept is based on the idea of setting up a platform for artists from miscellaneous creative fields and backgrounds.. Music _ Live Acts , DJs Performance _ Comedy, Poetry, Dance, Artistry Movie _ Video, Animation Fashion _ Design Art _ Graphic Design, Painting Aspiring and upcoming new artists take centre stage next to already established and (occasionally) world-famous acts. The selection and mixture of the artists presented aims at satisfying the taste of a grown-up, refined and demanding audience Representatives of the music industry as well as a general audience interested in live events gain insight in new currents of todays creative output while, at the same time, experienced club hoppers can enjoy a good party. Friends and acquaintances from the music (and other arts) scene may use this creative forum to renew existing contacts, form new cooperations and discuss future projects (cf. Jazzcafé London, Lyricist Lounge/ Blue Note Bar/ Black Lilly, U.S.). DRAMATURGIC PATTERN The atmosphere of the night draws from alternating and partly overlapping acts with special attention to keep the flow of the party. Every night has its own course of events - in controlled uncontrollability. This meandering flow smoothing its own path is hosted by a master of ceremony, DJ or band. National and international acts are equally integrated and perform live-sets with a maximum of 30 minutes. These live acts form an integral part of the evening without being subjected to a strict schedule. Procedures are determined by the host chosen for a particular night. Each night is designed with climactic structure, i.e. an increasing intensity involving all participants and their performances - resulting in the aspired jam character of the event. FACTS liveDEMO takes place on Fridays every other month, with an admission fee of 15 Euro for each event. Tickets are available at selected advance booking agencies and at the box office. liveDEMO is NOT an Open Stage! Although demos are always welcome and can be mailed to the contact address listed on our website: www.live-demo.com, the organisers put special emphasis on the first-rate quality of every single performance. The series of events is set up to present top-notch live performances in a distinguished Lounge atmosphere (c.f. Blue Note, NewYork / Jazzcafé, London). After almost 3 years and more than 13 incredible shows, liveDEMO has been established as a trademark for high quality events planned and carried out with love for details and strong commitment. All aspects (ambiance, decoration, technical equipment, selection of artists, etc.) are subjected to the most professional standards. This event is successfully providing a platform for various acts coming from different depth of creativity in order to display their talents to an audience of urban music/ entertainment lovers in germany/ berlin. The night gives unknown talent the chance to come together with some well known and upcoming artists from germany/ europe/ overseas and perform to a highly interested and motivated audience. All artists are performing together with our incredible liveDEMO live band. liveDEMO has turned out to be the hot spot where it all comes together (music, dance, fashion, art, graphics, video, etc.).
