Live Earth Wisconsin is a celebration and a warning at the same time. We all share a beautiful world that is in danger from neglect and exploitation. It's going to take both education and inspiration to turn it around so we are putting together a weekend that will do both. Saturday, July 7--(7/7/07) -- is a day of global warning about global warming. Concerts are taking place all over the planet in an attempt to inspire 2 billion people in 24 hours to become energy smart activists.
Live Earth Wisconsin is the only show that day that offers world class entertainment at an eco village where concert goers are going to see the future of renewable energy right in front of their eyes. Photovoltaic electricity, solar thermal hot water, passive solar heating, phyto-remediated gray water, composting toilets, solar LED street lights, greenhouses, solar ovens, and more. You can go see Bon Jovi in a football stadium or come to Luck, WI and experience the new world that's coming.
We have a show TONIGHT, WEDNESDAY NIGHT (the 30th), at Live ON North on 2028 East North, doors open at 8:30, Bradford will deliver a religious experience with a couple other bands with us.
