Imagine yourself as a fish in a bowl and the faces peering in to look at you.
Sometimes that is how it feels like being in a band.
About Fishbowl
Fishbowl has been set up to promote original artists/bands. The idea is to create an ambience where the audience can relax and enjoy listening to singer/songwriters and bands at a volume where the subtleness of the songs stand out.

To quote Daren Sears, lead singer of Little Fish Big Pond and the motive force behind Fishbowl....
"After playing in pubs and the occasional club for years, I thought wouldn't it be great if there was a venue for playing original material rather hearing yet another bad rendition of Voodoo Chile, Alright Now and Wonderwall.
After a few years of running Fishbowl at different venues around the south east of England I think I have finally found a venue to call "home", this being The Sussex Arms in Tunbridge Wells. So far so good and I have had some excellent acts so far and look forward to seeing and listening to more great musicians along the way.Want to Swim in the Fishbowl?

P.A is provided plus 3 mics, 3 D.I boxes. The stage area is small measuring 8'x8' so drum kits need to be minimal. The venue capacity is 50 people max. Generally 2 acts are put on and artists get 25% of door takings......so its best to bring along your friends. Tickets can be reserved in advance call Daren on 07733402766.
