I am the creator of livelife365.com, a video-driven website dedicated to healthy living, personal development, and entertainment. I am a firm believer that if you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything that you desire, as long as you're willing to work at it.
I advocate taking personal accountability for all actions, and encourage trying new things, making mistakes, then learning from them.
One of my pet projects is called: Triad of Balance. Simply put, I focus on working on getting your mind, body, and spirit in balance first within themselves, and then in balance with each other.
I am currently finishing the final stages of a book about all of my philosophies and programs for self-improvment and personal development. It will be out soon.
