LIVE TECH REBELZ unique AFRO-TECH sound is the chord that connects this African philosophy to international dance floors.
Right at this precise moment in time, nothing quite exemplifies the concept ‘of the next big thing’ in house music better than the Live Tech Rebelz. This duo who’ve stampeded London Town all the way from the grassroots of South Africa and whose deep sexy grooves are preordained to inspire a whole new direction into dance music are about to take the underground dance scene by storm.
The South African born duo of Floyd Lavine and Quintin Schlebusch first met at Point Blank Studios in London where they made it their personal mission to bring raw energy and rhythmic personality to the vivacious crowds that perpetuate the underground music scene, the Live Tech Rebelz was born.
Live Tech Rebelz unique AFRO-TECH sound, described as having ‘an almost sinister undertone’, is achieved by incorporating a wide range of live elements with African Rhythms, Deep baselines and soulful grooves.
Their ability to set the body and soul on fire comes as little surprise they are now regulars alongside industry heavyweights such as A Guy Called Gerald, Mr C., Axwell, Booka Shade, Sarah Main, Goldfish, Laurent Garnier, D. Ramirez, Gui Borrato, Jimpster, James Talk, Lemon Popsicle, Amelie and Raymundo Rodriguez.
This talented duo have accomplished many things in the beginning of their career, with an impressive gig history it's no surprise they are booked as one of the breakthrough acts to grace the stage at London's premier dance festival GET LOADED IN THE PARK.
With The Live Tech Rebelz well and truly bordering on the cusp of greatness they have upped the ante with the debut of their first EP, due for release in the summer and new releases on Landed Records.
