I work for The BJ Shea Morning Experience in Seattle WA. You can listen to us every Monday - Friday 5am-10am.
I enjoy side splitting laughter, caused by funny ass movies and sitcoms and if you've ever witnessed any of my laughing fits, it may scare you. You have been warned.
With some help from friends, I am getting back into Disc-Golf, and you can find me at the Northgate Course on most weekends.
I also am getting back into listening to music. It seems I lost a little of my passion over the last year, but it is slowly coming back and there is a ton of great Artists out there. And a bunch of great bands are coming to town soon.
I don't have many friends but those I have know who they are and have helped me along my journey in life.
So there you have it, the update.

In this one, RR, Me and a Bunch Of Rock-A-Holics get together to help out Dave (Squirrel Man) Csaky tear down his once beautiful tree house that sat under the Ship Canal Bridge. It was a sad yet rewarding day for everyone, including Dave. It was awesome to meet him and hang with him for a couple of days. Check the vid out, it will be worth it.

Dont miss Enumclaw's Chocolate festival. This Friday and Sat Feb 6-7. Doors open noon each day at the Enumclaw Expo Center. In the wine garden have one of Rockridge's fabulous dessert wines matched with one of the many chocolate desserts!
I know I don't get around to telling you how much I love you on a regular basis, but know that you are thought of everyday and I miss being around. I love you bro and I'm so proud of you. I can't wait to see you.
Just thought I'd drop in and wish you a happy birthday now while i have the chance. so.... HAPYY B-DAY! You're getting old! haha. anyhow, i do have 1 question. Why in the hell didn't your camera guy take any pix of you at your first Foulball's game? or are you not playing this year? I hope one of these days i can play by you again. I had so much fun last year. I think that is the only time me, you and Bub have ever been on the same field at the same time. anyhow, i gotta get moving. Hey, change of plans!!! If you can try and come out to Bakersfield, CA, from 8-12 November, I would love to see you. Dad and Sue are going to come! What's going on big brother?!! Not much is going on over here. I finally decided to become a member of the H-Hole Army! Even though I'm a private to you guys, I'm getting promoted to Staff Sergeant (E-6) on the 1st of September! I'm also able to listen to the show out here online, but your live show starts when I'm heading to bed. But I'm listening to your show from last week when you were with the Reverened En Fuego and youre talking about your seat belt and insurance!! You dumbass!! Anyhow, just know that I'm proud of you and love you. By the way, Travis Ishikawa got called up to the Bigs last week and has hit 2 homeruns already with San Francisco and Tony Barnett won his final 6 games in AA in the Diambondbacks organization.
