You find yourself in a thick fog. Its hot and you're short of breath because you've been running towards here for what feels like years. You're scratched up and bruised because you ran through a forest with very tall trees that don't allow you to see the sky. It was humid and sticky and you were sweating and you stopped to notice a drop of sweat that fell from your left earlobe onto your shoulder. All of a sudden you notice you're knee deep in quick sand and the forest starts to disappear. Everything you've known and were certain on is closing in on itself and it's out of your control do anything about it. You realize this and let yourself go. There is no point in fighting it now. Your eyes are the only thing left above the sand and you close them. As soon as you feel yourself completely engulfed in this force that is so overwhelming, you feel your lungs tighten and you think you know what horror is coming. You feel a wave of electrical pulses beating through your entire being and you open your eyes and you're on the top of a mountain over looking a field of hills and valleys. The air is crisp here and the altitude is paralyzing but you stop to stare at what is so mesmerizing.. a single purple orchid bloomed out of a crack on this enormous rock mountain.
