With the goal of playing music that they would want to hear, Living Like Ghosts tastefully blends together elements from many different genres in an effort to create a powerful and distinctive sound that they can call their own. Formed in 2009, Living Like Ghosts has shared the stage with national acts such as: Fireworks (Triple Crown), The Audition (Victory), A Loss For Words, Sparks the Rescue (Fearless), Title Fight (Run For cover) and The Dangerous Summer (Hopeless). .. Their freshman release “We Won’t Be Run By These Machines” received great regional success selling over 1,000 copies via iTunes and self-distribution since it’s debut in November 2009. Months later, the band decided to return to the studio to record yet another E.P. to release for free to their fans via their website. In the first month upon releasing their second E.P. “Treading Water”, the album had amassed over 2,000 downloads from across the United States. .. Living Like Ghosts has proved time and time again that they are a versatile band with a sound and message that everyone can relate to. They have played alongside bands of every genre, from grind-core to power-pop.
