After recording sessions at Abbey Road and a live performance video shoot at London’s MTV Studios in 2006, Livingston signed a deal with UK Indie Manta Ray Music the same year.
As a result of that, the band, whose members come from England, Italy, Germany and South Africa, spent a few weeks in L.A. recording songs for their forthcoming album with producer Al Clay (Stereophonics, Feeder,
Pixies). More songs were recorded at Sonic Ranch Studios in El Paso, Texas.
The band won the prestigious "UK Carling Battle Of The Bands" in 2005 and has since then been rocking Europe's stages, from frosty Dublin to the southern beaches of Mykonos, Greece.
Livingston have been touring relentlessly throughout the last 12 months. Their tours brought them to Holland, the UK, Austria, Switzerland & Germany, where they supported German chart-rockers "Revolverheld" and alternative rock band "Blind".
Livingston's second single "Disease" will be released in the UK on Manta Ray Music in April 2008.
