Justin Bowsher began recording as Living With Hermits in the spring of 2004. Since then, he has recorded in several genres and forms, including ambient, shoegaze, electronica, folk-pop, indie pop, and seventies rock. Much of his work is unreleased due to its crude production and Bowsher's latent perfectionism. Living With Hermits' most recent release, "Beholden", is an EP consisting of five guitar-driven pop songs and one Eno-ish ambient piece. Bowsher is fairly confident that only trained ears will detect the bedroom studio setting at first listen.
Beholden EP Track List 1. Back Rows 2. Haunting You 3. Izanami 4. Traveller's Check 5. Looking for the Very Old Man with Enormous Wings 6. Muse Mixdown 1
Also available is the ambient full length The Patient Soldier
Justin Bowsher's music is being used in the film "The Man With Midnight Eyes". See IMDB or www.manwithmidnighteyes.com for information about the film.
Justin's dj name is Prossperot, and he makes hiphop beats out of samples. They can be heard at www.myspace.com/djprossperot .

"California's Lee Bob Watson lives on slide guitar, scoffs at dancerock, and tries his damndest to make Johnny Cash proud. But on his latest album, Aficionado, Watson pairs his cowboy hat with Chuck Taylor's and adds an indie-rock flavor to his country roots."
