About me:

3 1/2 years ago I changed my life for the better. Since then I have experienced some amazing things and know that it's only just begun! I've lost over 100 lbs, over 70 inches and lowered my blood pressure, cholesterol and risk of type 2 diabetes. I ran my first 1/2 marathon in April of 08 and intend on running a full my summer of 09. I studied for and passed my ACE Personal Trainer Certification and am now a CPT! I look forward to helping others achieve their goals and start enjoying all that life has to offer! I also intend to go back to school to become a registered dietician within the next 6 years. I love meeting new people. I am a born again Christian who loves her family, friends and life in general. Liz at age 35, 111 lbs, 15% body fat and loads of lean muscle mass, sizes ranging from 0 - 4.
