Elliott Smith, Brand New, Joshua Radin, Billy Joel, Rilo Kiley, The Dear Hunter, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Peter Gabriel, Heart, Missy Higgins, Iron & Wine, The Beatles, Marilyn Manson, Circa Survive, Bright Eyes, Tupac, Damien Rice, Tom Bukovac, Sarah Buxton, Kill Me With a Chainsaw, and a whole bunch of other stuff that doesn't really go together. I'll listen to any music with something to say. And my dad.
I was once told that mixing your own music is similar to cutting your own hair.
Well, we'll see.
EDIT: That is to say, I now have the tracks (!), a low-fi studio, and an eerie amount of determination. Chances are, as you read this, I'm working on them.
I'm Liza Bundy, a folk-rock ("fock") songwriter and guitarist who plays piano sometimes, but not very often in front of people. I'm finally working on new material, and my CD is imminent. Honest.
Keep checking here or asking me in person or ambushing me while I'm at work if you'd like updates.
Thanks so much for the add! Hope you like the tunes :)

Ah, ownage. Well, as far as drum mics go, the audix f series set has worked great for me and only runs about 250 bucks on ebay, which is hella cheap for such good quality. If you dont already have drum mics those are a good buy.
Ah nice. I've been messing around with pro tools and it seems pretty solid, though I can't for the life of me figure out some of the features haha, just seems very non-user friendly at times :p. I assume you have it all setup for vocals for the most part, or do you have the whole deal with guitar amps/mics etc? That'd be pretty epic
MISTAKES shall be released within the last remaining seconds of Friday the 13th. Don't miss the final, crown jewel in our collection of single releases..
