We do not use laptops for a show as we do not believe in half the music or only half the quality. Laptops use severely compressed music losing quality. We only use CD & Cdg's. And we do not illegally download pirated music. We pay for all our CD & Cdg's. This way the manufacturers will continue to put out more music and not go out of business. In the past year, 3 of the top 5 Karaoke Disc manufacturers have gone out of business due to piracy causing low disc sales. If you believe in quality music, and if you want to encourage a company that legally buys all their music, please support our gigs. And please don't believe imitators claiming to have 150,000 songs when in reality they have no more than a few thousand songs. No one on the planet has more karaoke songs than Jammin Entertainment! We can prove that we have over 9000 discs and 185,000 songs and all of them paid for legally. Can they? *Please beware, when you give your own karaoke disc (to sing off of), to these unscrupulous laptop operators, they will copy your disc into their laptop without your permission and share it amongst all of them. Thus adding to their pirated collection, and causing loss of revenue to the karaoke manufacturers.
