About me:

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We are born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” ~Marianne Williamson

"This above all: to thine ownself be true, And it must follow, as the night the day, Thou canst not then be false to any man. Farewell: my blessing season this in thee!" ~Hamlet, Act I, scene iii.

As many of you may have noticed that I am drastically changing my MySpace profile to focus more on my personal writing and writing/consulting business and am on several social/other networking sites (not all listed here as of yet)and is nothing personal if you or your cause have been omitted from friends list doesn't mean that I don't care about your and/or your cause. Some of you I am friends with on other sites, those friendships will remain. I still intend to maintain the friendships here with those I have been friends with for almost 2-3 years. I also look forward to making new friends here with similar interests, etc.

Buddhist Food for Thought can be found on my lizwrites blog/networked Facebook blog and by personal email. More Buddhist Wisdom which I just started receiving again awhile back can be obtained by emailing me. Have canceled my account at sgibuddhism.org. Personal email: elizabethisaas@att.net Writing project update coming soon (promise not as long as making the changes to my MySpace page and layout). Still will update my profile here soon.

Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You turned Indiana blue... Wow!!!!!!!! I chanted up until he was elected President. I would look at the results and when it was announced that he won a red state, I would go back and chant for the next red state. I really saw the power of prayer. I am so happy for America.
I hope you had a lot of fun.
  • Nov 4 2008 4:01 PM

I chanted for Grandma too. You must get to Grant Park no matter what. Don't give up.... 3000 worlds in a momentary state of existance. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE and can change in a NANO SECOND my MYOHO SISTER. I will chant for you.

TO ALL MY FELLOW BARACK OBAMA SUPPORTERS!!!

I'm so sorry for the passing of Senator Obama's grandmother. He is in my thoughts and prayers. I choose to see the lost of his beloved grandmother this way, She died peacefully in her sleep because she was at ease. She has now joined her husband, her daughter, Baracks mother and his father and together they all will be looking down with pride when he is elected the next PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
