What color are you?
Your Result: Yellow
You are yellow (which might I add is a horribly ugly color!) You are a ray of sunshine. You brighten up peoples lives and are very content with your own. You take life as it comes at you and you don't sweat the small stuff.

Christian Comtemporary, Jazz, Classical, Great Ballads, and Most Country. I have a history Classic Rock, and I love some newer bands, but can only handle Heavy Metal and Rap for a millisecond.****
Movies
Waitress, with Keri Russell and Adrienne Shelly, Little Miss Sunshine, Cold Mountain, Thelma and Louise, White Oleander, V for Vendetta, The Woodsman, Notting Hill, Ocean's Eleven, Twelve, and Thirteen, and who could not like Pirates of the Carribean?
"Faith is the first grace and the source of all the others."
Pope St. Clement XI
Television
I don't like to spend my days or nights that way, but a good movie is always nice! I enjoy some talk shows, when there is real substance to the topics, and sometimes public television rocks! My down fall this past year? Reba, American Idol, 24, and Gilmore Girls occasionally. I finally caught up on the Friends reruns I never got to see during my long hiatus from television!
Books
All things Spiritual, Health, and sometimes political. I find real life more exciting than any fiction! I do own a hefty collection of Fashion, Business, and Arts Mags.
Heroes
Being that every day I find heroes in the soulful choices of a myriad of peoples' works, I would have to say for me they all represent the incarnation of One Obedient Son of God, Jesus Himself. MUSLIMS, I love you, Muhammad was a very righteous Son, and we serve the Same Father, The Father of LIFE.
"The Answer to Your Problem is not the answer to your problem...it is the Lordship of Jesus." Roger, Age 70 and still living it!!
Roger is a very close friend who loves God and has volunteered to visit prisoners including my "husband". Roger is well educated, and his children have all grown to be outstanding athletes and scholars. They lived in France for ten years and share my love of great food and cycling. His wife runs an unwed mothers program and Roger & his son ride across the state of Wisconsin to Minneapolis frequently. His son just cycled from New York to Minneapolis! What an example of Faith!!!
Why Jesus is the Way to Union with God
For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach,
because we trust in the living God,
who is the Saviour of all men,
specially of those that believe.

Believing In Yourself
Standing for what you believe in
regardless of the odds against you
and the pressure that tears at your resistance
means courage.
Keeping a smile on your face
when inside you feel like dying
for the sake of supporting others
means strength.
Stopping at nothing
and doing what in your heart
you know is right
means determination.
Doing more than is expected
to make another's life a little more bearable
without uttering a single complaint
means compassion.
Helping a friend in need
no matter the time or effort
to the best of your ability
means loyalty.
Giving more than you have
and expecting nothing
but gratitude in return
means selflessness.
Holding your head high
and being the best you know you can be
when life seems to fall apart at your feet
and facing each difficulty with
the confidence that time will bring
you better tomorrows
and never giving up
means believing in yourself...

Friends, please limit your HTML to three graphics maximum, many of us do not have computers that can handle it, and it's not fair to others who may have a very special purpose to post. Love you all! Some of you have the BIGGEST HEARTS!! XO Llora
Charles de Foucald, founder of the Little Brothers and Sisters of Jesus, said: "One must pass through solitude and dwell in it to receive God’s grace. It is there that one empties oneself, that one drives before oneself all that is not God, and that one completely empties this little house of our soul to leave room for God alone. In doing this, do not fear being unfaithful toward creatures. On the contrary, that is the only way for you to serve them effectively" (Raphael Brown, Franciscan Mystic, p. 126).
I am a deeply involved mother of six beautiful children. I've parented alone seventeen out of twenty years, so I sometimes feel the weight of gravity, but it is all so worthy because of the joy of serving. I am in my second year of an Associates in Business, although I must confess I seem to thrive in the Humanities. (What would success mean if I cannot manage it, eh?)
We have moved far more than we hoped, and faced challenges we never expected, and it has all shaped the amazing gratitude and outlook we have for the future. Obstacles are the training ground, avoiding them is a bit like giving up, it limits your success, so yes, I have been accused of not knowing my place, but any place you are helping others succeed is a very good place.

Blip.fm sounds outrageous. The U.D. gang is also thinking of doing a crazy radio variety/talk show. One of the boys already has 1 hr/week on a regional station... time to take advantage and have some fun!
