Started in 2002 at a club in São Paulo called Gotham; DJs Luiz Soncini, Alexandre Amicis and Anderson [Cyberthreat] promoted great and unforgettable Electro parties in that brazilian city... Portugal 2007, Soncini and DJ [Replycant] decide to return with this party to divulge all the styles into the Alternative Electronic Scene, as well to give opportunity for new Portuguese Projects (and the other countries too). The parties happen all months, usually in a club called Fábrica de Som, locates at Av. Rodrigues de Freitas, 23-27 - Porto - Portugal. In 2008 HYPNOTIKCIRCUIT become more strong (and beautiful) with the add of DJane Infekt[ion] on team. If you are a Dj, band, artist, etc... and consider that your project is incased in our profile... DECADES is a project that promise “A Journey Through Alternative and Dark Music”. Beyond the resident DJs [Replycant] and Luiz Soncini; Decades usually make parties with Partners Organizers and promote concerts as well. With a regular periodicity. This party taked place at a club called Uptown, locates at Rua do Breiner, 59 - Cedofeita - Porto - Portugal... With around 3 years, Portuguese Alternative Charts (PAC) is a initiative which intends to represent the portuguese preferences within the alternative musical scenario, besides demonstrating that Portugal possesses an organized scene, in evolution, and in conditions to be inserted on the Global scenery in all aspects. The periodic issues is represented at specific myspace and website, within the Portugal Alternative Scene's portal, which has a list with lots of links of interest of the country. The guest list of participators is around 100 names which, somehow have an action on the Portuguese alternative scenario; namely Dj's, promoters, bands, magazines, radios, shopkeepers, labels, websites… The list isn't limited to these people and organizations, which is opened to everyone who might be interested; So, the indication of new names (with the respective email addresses) is welcome. We represent the 20 best albums and other five potential; each of them, somehow, on the alternative scenery: Gothic; Dark Wave; Metal; Electro ; Industrial; Noise; Dark Folk; Ambiental; Folk; Celta; Medieval; Punk; Pop; Alternativo; Rock; Etéreo; Apocalíptico; Synth Pop; Indie... an their sub-genres. We point out that the participation of each one is very important for the credibility, the result of this work and the strengthening of the Portuguese scene.
