In 2007 After founding his own newly formed imprint Hustle-4-Life Music Group, L.M. created a buzz of anticipation with the release of "The Hustle Dont Stop: The Best Of L.M.", by catching the attention of mainstream A&R's from Sony Records, Rap-A-Lot Records and Virgin Records, to So So Def, State Property, Desert Storm, and Blackwallstreet Records, making him one on hip hop's biggest free agents.

In 2009 L.M. shared the stage with one of Hip Hop newest sensations, as he took part in the So Far Gone Tour with Young Money/Universal Motown recording artist Drake rocking a sold out crowd.“The day I decice to put the mic down I wanna be looked at as one of the greatest that ever did it. My music and my hustle speaks for itself" says L.M. who plans to continue dominating the underground and to attack the mainstream with the release of his long awaited follow up mixtape titled "Heart Of The City" due out in the fall of this year. Heart Of The City is L.M.'s story in his own words and is poised to be one of the best new hip hop releases of 2009.
