I love live music (of course), camping, hiking, hanging out with my dog Bart, and cooking. I am a Merry Prankster at heart and a Pirate in my soul. You should be aware of that when dealing with me.
I enjoy a wide variety of music....I was on "Dead Tour" and "Phish Tour" 94 & 95. I love Blind Melon, Duran Duran and (some) 80's music, most classic rock and Natalie Merchant's songs are the soundtrack to my life. I love bluegrass and I like old country...modern country sux!!! But most of all I love "Local" music... The local/unsigned bands have a raw, untouched quality. No one has over produced or stuck their finger "in the pie" yet allowing the artist to convey the idea with a certain amount of emotion and freedom to change the form at any time. At it's best the music is a heartsong although I have heard a few train wrecks. I'm amazed on a daily basis at the amount of talent that resides in our town.
You're a Cappicinno!
About me: ...........................................................
...........................................................
It's all about the show...
For as long as I can remember, music has been my life line. From the time I was 4 yrs. old I was in dance classes and me and my cuz always practiced our routines and put on shows for our parents. My mom is to blame for my intrest in music. I had access to all of her albums growing up.(Led Zeppelin, Jethro Tull, CCR, Arlo Guthrie, Steppen Wolf, Janis, Jimi, etc..) From there I developed my own taste in music. I am a fan of 80's rock and pop, but don't hold that against me. I enjoy music of all types except modern country, polka, and modern pop. I started attending rock shows at the age of 13 and haven't stopped since. My love of music and the "industry" has now hit the next phase. I opened a music venue in 2002, The Local Performance Hall, in support of the local bands of Chattanooga. The first and only venue in town where local bands headline EVERY Friday and Saturday night. We offer a wide variety of music for the masses Wednesday thru Sunday. Now I get to "put on the show" every week.
You Are a Prophet Soul
You are a gentle soul, with good intentions toward everyone.
Selfless and kind, you have great faith in people.
Sometimes this faith can lead to disappoinment in the long run.
No matter what, you deal with everything in a calm and balanced way.
You are a good interpreter, very sensitive, intuitive, caring, and gentle.
Concerned about the world, you are good at predicting people's feelings.
A seeker of wisdom, you are a life long learner looking for purpose and meaning.
You are a great thinker and communicator, but not necessarily a doer.
Souls you are most compatible with: Bright Star Soul and Dreaming Soul
In general, you are a very cautious and reserved person.
However, you are also warm hearted, and you enjoy helping others in practical ways.
You are a great teacher, and you are really good at helping people get their lives in order.
You are very intuitive, and you go with your gut. You make good decisions easily. (Go figure, I'm the typical Sagittarius.)
Who I'd like to meet: All of my music idols. Not in that fan/groupie kind of way, just to be able to talk and hang out with them for a while.
You Are An ENFP
The Inspirer
You love being around people, and you are deeply committed to your friends.
You are also unconventional, irreverant, and unimpressed by authority and rules.
Incredibly perceptive, you can usually sense if someone has hidden motives.
You use lots of colorful language and expressions. You're qutie the storyteller!
You would make an excellent entrepreneur, politician, or journalist.
hey sis...I was wondering ..what was the recipe for Mom's hungarian goulash? I know it was just egg noodles, corned beef and cream of mushroom soup..but how much of each...oh and some onion power.
