Local's Barbershop is more than just a barbershop where men (and women!) come to get their hair cut and colored. Its a place where our stylists' brand of service is a result of their passion for the art-form that is hairstyling. Besides providing top quality service, Local's philosophy is to be an active part of the community; to be a set-piece in our client's lives and name-dropped in the stories of our neighborhood. There will be DJ's spinning in our shop on the weekends, as well as sponsoring local band showcases, charitable functions, and other local events. As an active element of our neighborhood's scene, we will host local artist's artwork on our walls. This includes a big graffiti piece from a local artist that will fill the space on our back wall. Local's will also be a place where our clients won't always be coming in to the shop for a haircut, but they will come in to find out what the cool happenings are in the local scene... or even just hang out and be a part of our buzz. This is why we named our shop "Local's Barbershop"... Local people adopting the sense of community that barbershops are known for, as well as getting the best haircut service possible at an affordable price .
