Oliv is one half of loccomotion, alongside Andre aka big moustache. Coming from Rock/Metal, they already have recorded cd's and played in Switzerlands majors clubs with their bands. They got into electronic music in 1997, watching the performance of an English collective (No-U-Turn) at a club. It is the following year that the two partners in crime decide to become active, by getting decks, a sound-system and some records. They get from private partys to crapy and unorganized raves for months, a good way to get more experience... After multiple illegal partys (in forests, on the lakeside), Andre and Oliv finally have the opportunity to express themselves in good venues during summer 2001. Thats when they create Loccomotion. Resident djs at Genevas Zoo Club & The Loftclub in Lausanne, they organize parties with many djs. They also play all over the country alongside Switzerlands finest as well as a few incursions in France, Spain, Brazil or the UK.... ....
