About me: The day's of lounging are over, my life has suddenly taken a turn for the busier and for the time being I'm enjoying it, but it's requiring some adjustment. So long 5 movies a week, hello work and meetings.
It's all for a good cause--world domination
Who I'd like to meet: I'd like to live from the beginning of time until the present, and hang out with the likes of Socrates, Jesus, Genghis Khan, King Arthur, Charlemagne, Descartes, Richelieu, Marquis de Sade, Voltaire, Dickens, Hemingway, Bob Dylan, Monet, Tolstoy, Victor Hugo, Cary Grant and Neal Cassady.
Happy Celebration of years. Isn't it interesting that now your celebration of years refers to being married and not to your birthday. But anyways, now that you are defined as married, have a happy turn of years. May they all be chucks.
So thinking about Fear of Flying, I see your point that it didn't have to go anywhere and it was more of a descriptive narrative than any foray into new and/or progressive identities. But, if it is designed for good times, I would have liked the times to have been more full of glee and not the tedious complaining and listing. Though I did enjoy the literary allusions.
Hey Moo, sorry I have not called you back yet, I got your message last week. We would love for Jackie and the girls to come out for a visit. We are pretty open, we will be gone from like July 16 to 21 or roundabout there, but home end of July to all of August. Mom is maybe even coming out mid August if they want to correllate. But whenev you can find the cheap tickets, if they still exist. I will call you soon, love you, A
When are you going to watch more movies and write up a little something about them? Kite Runner was so long ago. Miss Pettigrew lives for a day is not the one though; just saw it, girls night out is all its good for I think. Hope you are doing good, I haven't heard from you for a while. Love Anne
glad you liked it, i wondered if you had listened to it cause i thought you would have something to say, the "lady" singing house carpenter is a guy named clarence "tom" ashley. the other ones are gene austin and hank williams. i forget what else i put on there but my favorite is run mollie run by henry thomas.
i just got your christmas package. thank you thank you. i said i wanted a meaty novel and nothings meatier than war and peace, i can even see the blood dripping from the crease it's so meaty. thanks moo. i love love love it.
thanks for letting us crash your lazy time.. it was good to get out.. hope your party had good treats.. thanks for the stuff! and next time we come we'll bring tools.
I had my students memorize Emily Dickinson poems last week, but I was a little bummed because I didn't have my Emily Dickinson doll to show them--I told them about it, though.
sue's right i'm a total slacker, even though i did eventually get my letter in for dad, saying happy birthday to you this late is almost more embarrassing than not saying it at all. but here it goes happy birthday moo. by the way how do you carmalize onions?
