Corn Dogs, Flaming Burros and Nurtured Pigs in a hay explosion!!!
Loco Gringos WERE a punk rock/drunk rock party band from Dallas Texas. They were legendary for bringing the party with them everywhere they went in their crazy hearse or the old Mexican Flag Bus. The Gringo Manor was their home and a Flaming Burro lit up the stage where ever they played. Those that were there remember(or don't depending on the number of Cuervo shots they had!) This page is not run by any former member of the band but is intended as a tribute to the band. The corndogs have been gone for more than fifteen years but the Burro still burns in the hearts of the friends and fans who loved them.
!!!!!!******Update: The Gringos have reformed with old friends filling in on various duties and rekindling the old spirit. The boys are busy working on some new material as well as reworking the old material in some new interesting ways. Just when the tides of mediocrity were about to sweep us all away, the Gringos return and save the day again.

Last week state Rep. Wayne Christian pulled a sly move in the legislature and created an exception to the Texas Open Beaches Act that allows him and his neighbors on Bolivar Peninsula to build houses on the PUBLIC BEACH.
This is bad news.
We have a campaign to convince Texas Governor Rick Perry to veto this bad bill.
This is very simple and your email could make the difference.
Hey Loco G's - Come out to the Lonesome Losers show on Friday? Muddy Waters new location 2314 Live Oak between Peak and Carrol, they are shooting a commercial for the new club location to be aired on SPN! Please come out - we would love to see you there!!
BRILLIANT! I still have my little 45 of Fruit Fly and play it for those too young to have been able to see the Gringos play. Wish I'd collected more - maybe now I'll get my chance?
man- used to see yall play in Dallas back in the day @ Theater Gallery and other Deep Ellum haunts where I used to get shit-faced. Shared a few beers with Pepe and had in-depth discussions about corndogs being the main staple of life. Good to see you're together again---gonna have to make it to Dallas to see one of your gigs.
