After first breaking onto the House scene in late 2005 LO-fi's rapid climb has seen him play at some of the most talked about clubs in the UK, Turnmills (London), Gatecrasher One (Sheffield), The Emporium (Leicester), Air (Birmingham) for nights such as Gatecrasher, Ministry Of Sound, Kissdafunk, Speekafreeka etc; LO-fi also has dates set for Prague and Ibiza in 2007 where he will take his unique style to a overseas audience.
Playing for some of the most prestigious nights LO-fi delivers the dirtier and more twisted side of house music showcasing all elements of house through to techno. His pure energy, technical ability, knowledge of the music and how to read a crowd make LO-fi a must on any bill.
With his debut single "Stretch The Canvas" a collaboration with Stupid Fresh & Lee Crowther being released on Bass Kleph's label Vacation Records, reaching No. 2 in the djdownload.com charts, getting airplay on Dave Spoon's 'In New DJs We Trust' Radio 1 show and also being featured on various compilation albums including Dave Spoon's 'Toolroom Knights', Vaction Records' 'Wish You Were Here' Mixed by Bass Kleph and DJ OPM 'Snapped, LO-fi’s sound is definitely something we’ll be hearing a lot more of.
Along with his FUNKdeluxe residency LO-fi also holds residencies with Speekafreeka, Electronation, Electronica and regularly plays at nights for Gatecrasher and Media.
