The first tickets “patron tickets” will be priced at a special rate of $85.50 each.

A $25.00 venue added land usage fee will be added to each ticket.

A 7.5% processing charge will be added to each ticket.

Loki Camping Information

Will the entrance to the campgrounds be open 24 hours?
Yes.

When can I arrive to the site? When do I have to leave?
We ask that you do not arrive before Thursday, Oct 9th at 5:00 pm. You'll need to vacate your campsite by Monday, Oct. 13th at 4PM.

Can we leave and re-enter the festival grounds?
Yes.

What will you be providing at the campgrounds?
Security, medical services, port-a-lets, and a Limited general store that does not sell cigarettes OR liquor. There will be water and ice for sale at vendors in the festival. There will no potable water throughout the campground; however there will be hand-washing stations.

In the event of an Emergency…
There will be 24hr medical available throughout the campgrounds and festival site. Please locate medical station on map when you arrive. All staff members are available for assistance.

Where should I go if I need assistance?
Go to the information booth. Please check the map when you arrive for exact location of the information booth. *Located next to EMT station.

What will we be able to bring into the campgrounds?
You can bring food/drink, coolers, and small propane cooking stoves. (NO KEROSENE or extra gas in containers) And ALL the drinking water your heart desires. No cigarettes and no liquor sold on premises.

The following items are prohibited from LOKI Campgrounds:
• No pets
• No weapons or firearms of any kind
• No fireworks
• No illegal substances
• No vending of any kind will be allowed.
• The sale of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the campgrounds.
• No box trucks
• No amplified instruments
• FOR SAFETY, WE DISCOURAGE USE OF GLASS CONTAINERS OF ANY KIND!
• (This includes, but is not limited to: glass bottles, glass food jars, and anything made of glass.

Am I allowed to vend food?
You are not allowed to sell food or drink on the property. LOKI is on private property, and there is an anti-vending law in effect.

Will small campfires be allowed in the camping area?
There will be no patron open ground based fires allowed. No ground based campfires; all fires MUST be limited to grills or small hibachi or venue provided pits.

Will there be any electricity in the camping area?
No.

Is there cell phone service available throughout the site?
No. Consider this is an escape from your electronic Leashes.

Will pets be allowed in the venue / camping area?
We love our pets too and will miss them, but for their safety and ours, no pets are allowed. Please leave them at home.

Will there be camping next to our vehicles?
• Only VIP gold can camp with their cars, most people will camp next to music.
• Removing the cars from the festival area allows for a more intimate experience.
• Patrons can select their own campsite as close to the stages or far from others.
• Upon arrival, you will be directed to park. Once parked, a shuttle that runs 24hrs all weekend long will escort you the short distance to the festival area where you can select a campsite of your choice. You can even watch the music from your tent!
• NOTE: VERY Limited number of Gold VIP tickets will be sold that allow Car camping.
