Born writing...
Well almost...

Lola's world has always been painted with music. Shades of Bowie, The Cure, and more... Finding herself unable to play an actual instrument Lola felt dejected. Words...her always savior gave her a musical voice... Her fiction is tinged and streaked with music, often centering around bands, or just a song...

Lola become a music journalist nee anthropologist at 15. Scribbling down observations writing reviews. Thankfully someone would eventually publish her...obsessions.

Lola Batling's life changed in '06 when the boy she had a crush on took her to a poetry slam which was unfortunately it was canceled. However Lola's lust for poetry resurfaced and grew. Fed on a steady diet of Industrial music Lola began to realize it would be possible to do a spoken word album. That she no longer had to just sit back and watch she could respond and perform. So Kant Girl! was born...get it here...NOW Lola is an author. She has written many articles, stories and novels. Check back right here for availability.
