Two projects featuring what appears to be a group of L.A. art students with glow-in-the-dark contact lenses. Needless to say, such types are much admired here at BSBTA HQ. Both of these musical, etc. projects (by etc., I mean they're just as much about visuals) merge unsettling bursts of noise, upfront lyrics, psycho-folk, skewed pop and (audio)erotic post-electroclash experimentation in a minimalist Vega / Rev vein. Aw shucks, I wish I had written the blomi orgazmo song "Wynonna Ryder"... and I'm sure a number of K Records bands (and you) had wished the same.
