Recorded with the maestro Pat Collier, as the blarney says: "...it's a muscular, lean, musical hay-maker that can stand it's ground & slug it out with the best of 'em!"
‘"...a full-on and in your face aural assault. A record that combines the pathos of The Pogues, and the punchiness of Stiff Little Fingers to mesmerising effect." - Big Cheese Magazine
'...easily as good as The Pogues ever got... Neck's finest moment yet and another fine hooley of an album by the best Irish Punk band in the world!' - Organ magazine
‘... 'Everybody's welcome to The Hooley! exemplifies Neck's riotous sound: with it's anti-racist lyrics and reel halfway through, as if The Clash were born on the Emerald Isle!’ - The Irish Post
'...my favourite album of 2009 so far. One release not to be ignored! 10/10' - Street Voice
'...Neck stand on their own two feet, both arms swinging and deliver anything as powerful as their peers: Irish Trad folk teasing with the left (‘I Turn my Face To The Four Winds’) whilst a punk rock uppercut delivers the sweet final blow!' - Distorted Magazine
