Vintage Rock and Roll, Rockabilly and Swing with a bit'a blues mixed in for good measure!
Gino and the Lone Gunmen is a 3 piece band that performs a lively mix of Swing, Rockabilly, Jump Blues and Vintage Rock and Roll. The group is led by guitarist and singer Gino Meregillano. Gino has performed in the past with local favorites such as The Stilettos, No Dice, Mo Wasabi and is U.S. guitarist for the Guana Batz. The Lone Gunmen are currantly auditioning bass players. Rounding out the trio is Hal “Junior” Smith. Hal is a popular Jazz and Swing musician who has played all over the world. Smith has worked with artists like Carl Sony Leyland, the Cash Kings, Big Rig Deluxe, the Rhythm Makers, the Yerba Buena Stompers and many others!
From time to time the band may also include part time piano players, a small horn section, or special guest musicians. . A full length CD of original music is in the works and will be released soon.
Gino and the Lone Gunmen are available for single set (45-60 min) concerts, multi-set (1- 4 hours) club and casino dates, private parties, weddings or corporate functions.
