Like most people who call themselves (pretend to be) cartoonists, I am very mild (boring) in person - and live primarily in my head (you're paid to be seen, not heard), and burn as many bridges as humanly possible with over hyping and coming up short of expectations (I fuck up).
I currently work graveyards by myself - which has been having a negative introspective effect on everything I do lately.
I used to go by the pseudonym Kingston Wormwood.
I will die before I see sixty.
Regarding Comics:
I make comics because therapy is too expensive.
People have called Lonely Fetus everything from spiteful to angry to modern. Honestly I put nothing but soul felt love into them - and all the heartbreak, disillusion, disappointment, and detachment that comes along with it.
I think about comics more than most people think about fucking.
None of us are as important as we pretend to be.
Lonely Fetus is a long time member of Transplant Comics.
Who I'd like to meet:
Other cartoonists, comic lovers, or lovely lady types with crab-like hand disfigurements. Either way we're bound share something special.I recently moved back to Blythe California as it's cheap living and a great location to take the next step with cartooning, as I'm surrounded by 90% of the largest cities on the west coast.
Unfortunately Blythe is nearly devoid of cultural significance, I'd love to meet other local artists, talents, and people who long for intelligent discourse.
