Sinister.
Since he started rapping in late 2003, Sinister has quickly gone from a small time rapper in Kansas City to an established recording artist with a loyal fan base. After signing with Sadistik Recordz from 2004-2005, Sin quickly grew in popularity with the fans. His down to earth raps and hard hitting beats made him a popular when it came to the underground music scene. Whether it was solo projects or colabs with other artists, people quickly noticed his unique style. After releasing his debut album in 2004 entitled "Total Brutality" with singles such as "Always Testin Me" and "Night Crawlers", it took no time to spread the word beyond just KC. His big break came when he entered the studio to do a collaboration with nationwide artist and Dirty Thug Recording artist Killa C. The song was called "Do You Really?" and fans instantly realized Sin was not something to sleep .. climbing the charts on soundclick.com in both the Hip Hop and Hardcore Rap sections people were drawn to his talent for both slow and fast rapping. Since then Sin has never looked back. After doing shows with Kansas City based label Mental-E Challyngd Records he was accepted into the family. When Cryptik of MCR split he kept in contact with head artist on the label Mr. Havocc (Cannibal T). Shortly after Family Biznis Entertainment and Spinus Records were formed Sin was offered a deal on Spinus. Without thinking twice he joined the family at Spinus. After Spinus fell through Sin and longtime homie Perverse formed Killa City Entertainment. The debut album from K.C.E. is set to be a mixtape dropping late 2008. A true force in the Kansas City music scene Sinister is guaranteed to help bring his city onto the map even more than it is.
Hello biography reader.
At the age of 12, I had enough of family problems, (my mother had schizophrenic tendencies),
and was strongly medicated. Therefore I asked to be sent to a children’s home. Shortly thereafter
I was sent to a children’s home in the Danish town of Slagelse with my guitar and boxing gloves with me.
There I heard ”Hey Joe” by Jimi Hendrix, and a fantastic guitarist by the name of Frank Zappa for the first
time, and then I was hooked.
My roommate trained and trained, and became junior DM champion in boxing, and I struggled
and trained on my half-acoustic Jedson guitar, wearing the thing down.
In 1975 I formed the band ”Sunshine Explosion” together with two friends.
In 1977 we came first and later second in an amateur talent competition that covered the island ”Amager”
(about 160.000 inhabitants) where we lived, and still do.
In 1982-86 I played in an acid band called ”Prudence”. We played countless concerts in the so-called central
kitchen (a sort of public kitchen/eating-place), and on the roof of a concert building called “Nemoland” both
in a community called “Christiania” in Copenhagen. “Christiania” was an old abandoned military base that
hundreds of people moved into (toke into possession) in an effort to create an independent autonomic “city”.
This “city” still exists today but in a more close relation to the government.
In 1985 I played bass in a band called “Helping Hand blues Band”, that also played in a place called
“Månefiskeren” (The moon fisher) in Christiania. The band also went to a concert trip to Sweden, and played
in two festivals “Tønder festival”, and in a place called “Front huset” under “Århus festuge” (Aarhus festuge
is a week of celebration in the next biggest town I Denmark). Both events were in Jutland that is den Danish
mainland that is land fast with Germany. Later the guitarist “Finn” and drummer “Lars” and my self had a
Blues gig in the famous “Ungdomshuset” (youth house) that was a building in the center of Copenhagen, that
was occupied by a bunch of autonomic youths). The house has been in the medias a number of times because the
police tried to evacuate the building several times. Just recently they succeeded with it, end tore down the
building.
In 1989-92 I played guitar in a band called “Lady Layla's Caravan”.
We played in the central kitchen in Christiania, and participated in opened one of the three stages on Amagerbrogade, to save an old cinema building.
At that time the building was suppose to be used as a chopping mall. Our band
participated in the series of concerts and smaller music events as part of a plan to make officials realize
that our island needed a building for cultural events, and not just a f…… mall, and hurray We wan.
The building “Amagerbio” still exists today as a concert building in which cool concerts are held.
We also played at the “Korsør Festival” (city festival week) in 1989.
Later in 1989 a was part of a “A pedal-to-the-metal-band”. No singing. Only bear and us guys.
We had a single gig in a place by the Copenhagen waterfront by the name of Christianshavn.
Between 1992 and 1994 I wasn’t part of any band. I began taking an interest in computers, so
in that period I experimented with recording and manipulating music on my computer, but still
playing guitar and making new music.
In 1994-98 I power practiced 3-4 years in a band called “Sally Drumhead”.
All the time I played the numbers that was to complex, or didn’t fit in the different bands repertoire.
A few years ago I came up with the idea of creating the concept “The Lonely Harddisk Band”
witch isn’t actually a band but me fiddling around with music on my computer.
On my website http://skullstudio.homepage.dk/
I have placed some examples of the creations along with some old cassette tape recordings from the time with
”Lady Layla..s Caravan” in mp3 format.
Here in 2008 I playing my guitar over some Really Badass Hardcore Rap songs from the underground music scene in Kansas USA.

Hey Freddie, Thanks for your recent comment. I just spent some quality time on your page this morning. First of all, i like the down to earthiness in your bio. Very informational with a cool edge. Now, your guitar playing is excellent. I hear a lot of passion and skill. I enjoy the young rapper that you are working with because i can actually understanding every word that he is spitting. He too seems to have a heartfelt sincerity about him. Personally, i think your mix is a good combo and i'd like to wish you the best in all your endeavors!
