Long boy Larsen is a tall guy from Denmark, who wanted to play the music exactly the way he liked it, and therefore ended up as a one man band. He keeps the beat simple while pounding his old bass drum, playing his guitar and singing songs about everyday life. Long boy Larsen likes a solid beat, dirty blues and old guitars; he also likes burgers, beer and black boots.
Unlike his idol Bob Dylan, Long boy Larsen never moved away from his childhood city to become a big star. He lives a quiet life in Dalum in Denmark, where he rehearse in a room at his parent’s house. He is featured on the US release “Attack of the one man bands” and is signed on the local record label Rocket Ride Records. His first record was called “Meet Long boy Larsen” and a new one is to be released this summer.
