During the program, we track all boot campers fat loss and muscle gain during the program using the InBody 320, a comprehensive body composition report. Using the InBody we are able to track everyone's progress and award boot campers and teams for their progress. Each team competes for the highest average percentage of fat loss. The woman with the highest percentage of fat loss is recognized as the Boot Camp Winner.

OMG ! Guys I Jogged 2 1/2 Miles today ! I can't believe it ! & it's only been 1 week, This summer I will look just like all those people who jog the beach Except, I'll be wearing a Bikini :) Who wants to join me ?
