One of the most visionary producers to emerge from the UK in years,Boy 8-Bit is surely one of the most unmissable acts to grace the decks at Koochie Koo. 2007 saw him release a series of remixes that sent dancefloors crazy & made him one of the most talked about producers in the UK. He's remixed Armand Van Helden,Lethal Bizzle,X-Press 2,Alex Metric,DJ Touche,Acid Jacks,The Black Ghosts,Burial,Caged Baby,Mika,Devils Gun & The Loose Cannons to name but a few. It seems everyone wants a bit of Boy 8-Bit & you can certainly see why when you listen to his productions. Combining Commodore 64 blips, wonky basslines & pounding electro beats to sublime effect while showing a diversity that really stands him above his peers. 2008 seen him release his own tracks championing a variety of sounds from breakbeat to dub step to BMore to all out electro bangers aswell as future remix work for Chromeo, Bumblebeez & Midfield General.
