The LONG GONE LONESOME BOYS are John Milne, a California native, and Patrick Penney, a Georgia boy. They sound like brothers when they sing their beautiful alt-country songs together. If you like drinkin' songs, cheatin' songs, and great harmony singing you'll love these guys. Backing them up on mandolin/steel guitar are Chicago native Pat Keiner who also chimes in with wonderful tenor harmonies, Chicagoan Leslie Walle-Santos on drums, and Wisconsinite Jesse Woelfel on upright and electric bass.

So i just watched that video games video, and i gotta say that i love it. i found it extremely inspiring. i think the long gone lonesome boys should do a cover and/ or music video tribute to it. having said all that, i have a few questions: 1.where can i pick up that record, or at least mp3? 2. is john the dude with the beard and mullet? 3.since when is tim allen a musician? toodles!
The big city of Kalamazoo has been having to listen to you guys blasting from my car. I'm flying out tomorrow so LGLB will be playing thousands of feet in the air on my ipod. I miss you guys...
Sorry that me and Paul have been so long gone. But we have been quite busy with school and other things. We will see you very soon I promise. I mean we've been so lonesome without you boys.
can't make it tonight perhaps, next week. I was picking some simple Travis stuff along to few from the CD today. I can't do solo's very well in that style in real time yet though.
Hey, good to hear from you. I don't think I'll be able to get to your show with Charlie Louvin, but you'll see me eventually. I want to hear that cool country live! Chris
I was just listening to Lonesome Time (the album) yesterday. Love it! Sorry I'm going to miss you at Skrine tonight -- I'm going to Kinsey's thing. See you soon though.
I love your song Lonesome Time, it gives me chills. I downloaded it and will put it on my I-Pod! All of your songs are great, but that one is my fav. Can't wait to get out and see ya'll perform live.
My fiance and I had a sitter lined up for the show on the 21st. The flu has gotten a hold of me this time! I will make it to a LGLB show soon. Let me know which will be the best.
