Long Live Rock and Roll is a group of people who believe in great music and new live bands. Our spiritual home is Lennon’s, where we run 3 weekly club nights, with live bands on a Saturday, but we also put on gigs all over Southampton at The Joiners, Hamptons, Mono and beyond.
We pride ourselves on finding new bands before anyone else, giving them gigs and watching people fall in love with the, too. We play the best new music when we DJ, but at the same time not forgetting the great music that has sound tracked our lives & yours so far. We try and help as many new bands as we can, and manage Southampton’s SixNationState. Who are ace.
We wouldn’t want to be doing anything else, anywhere else.
We also love getting pissed, falling over, getting back up again and dressing as wild animals. We would love bands wanting to play to myspace us.
We would also love anyone wanting to get invloved, be it flyering, web design, gig listing updating, listening to demo's etc to myspace us too.

Hi, through JUNE AND JULY we are slashing our day time rehearsal prices. Between 10am and 5pm all our rooms are either £6 or £7 per hour including weekends. Making us one of the cheapest in SUSSEX. Plus If you buy 3 hours we will even throw in a 4th totally FREE. YES TOTALLY FREE.

I’m just sending a little message around as we have a question and we want to ask our friends for input.
We cannot decide whether to release the Album in late May or June. We plan to tour from mid May and the argument is that if we release in June we can tie the release into the fan build from the tour, but it might get squashed with all the Summer and festival releases, however, if we release in May it might have less competition but we won’t have the tour working yet to promote it.
What do you think? I’d love to hear your opinion on this.
