Longstone are working on remixes for Ayako Mori. One of the remixes was included on the Longstoned CD .
The new studio album Kabuki is now finished and mastered and will be released on Ochre records very soon.

Brickwerk have released their debut album " Empty bottle dusty road"
Longstone / Brickwerk 's long time sax/ bass clarinet player and good friend Chris Cundy has been touring and recording with the Guillemots. This has lead to a recent live colaboration with the fantastic multi instrumentalist and theremin king, M C Lord Magrao of the Guillemots,mixing the the ambient electronics of Brickwerk/longstone with the improvised sax of Mr Cundy and the impressive array of M C's effects and theremin with awesome results. It is hoped that more of these live collaborations will happen soon and studio sessions have occurred with hopefully more planned .... watch this space!
The Reverend Spadge Dooley Has just come out of hospital (a minor soul transplant) and is feeling much better... He don't wanna go back there though. . . In celebation of his desanitorianisation he's put up some new tracks which you may download - leave a penny in the collection plate.

Just wanted to drop you a quick (if a little impersonal) message to let you know about the laid back, electronic talent that is ...CREEPY CANDLES......
Our new album "Herbarium" is
out now on CdBaby (MP3 so far, physical CD is on its way).
Diverse palette of styles (post-rock,
ambient, electronica, trip-hop, with elements of noise, dub,
neoclassic and free improvisation), united by cinematic, slightly
pensive mood.
«Herbarium» is called so
because of heterogeneity of «songs», which can be
compared to miscellaneous leaves in the album, still being belonged
to the family of trees. Trying to avoid non-alive metaphors here,
only thought of diversity and warm and innermost feeling that
herbarium is capable to conjure up. «... This leaf I picked up
in the park where I met her, and this - I sat by the river,
contemplating...». So tracks were created – one was captured
in some magic jam, another – recorded layer by layer and
meticulously mixed then, next – cut from previous sessions and so
on.
All compositions are united by Poostosh
sense of music – mostly pensive, spatial, tender and experimental.
There's a lot of soul and charisma in every leaf... So please let
your soul look over our HERBARIUM.
